Nose: soft banana, sweetness like hard rock candy, vanilla Body: mild and easy day drinker Palate: sweet toffee, very light caramel and vanilla, very mild spice Finish: short and sweet Note: red cow barrel select, easy, tasty nice dram. A day drinker.

Nose: light vanilla faint fruit just a very light not impressive nose. More fruity nose. Body: medium Palate: super spicy and requisite vanilla and toffee and caramel Finish: short and hot. It’s good Note: It’s good but not great with ice not much changes

Nose: vanilla, banana, toffee, milk chocolate, caramel, floral; more caramel & toffee with ice and licorice, hint of rye Body: medium and easy, nothing added with ice Palate: spicy, banana, vanilla, light caramel Finish: medium and sweet Note: this is easy, spicy seems like a great value bourbon maybe the best value bourbon(?) with ice it cuts the spice down and it’s smoother but it doesn’t really open up. A really good dram.

Representing isle of Jura Nose: syrupy sweetness like caramelized sherry. Oak. Sherry dominates with a hint of peat. Sugary. Body: thin Palate: smooth, sweet, sherry dry raisin. Light peat, light oak Finish: short light sweetness and peat and light smoke. Note: super easy, sugar bomb. The faint follow up smoke makes me feel like this is a good warm up to a springbank 15

Nose: sweat orange and light vanilla and toffee Body: smooth and light Palate: lots of orange and sweet fruit, vanilla and hints of toffee Finish: short and sweet Note: and interesting bourbon from mark h. Sweet and orange pervasive with subtle classic bourbon flavors. A unique and nice dram

Sweet peat. This was very good.

This was just weird, sweet very mild bourbon start that ended in a mild hoppiness. Fun to try, would never buy it.
