Nose: tobacco, rye, cinnamon, chocolate Taste: chocolate, pretty thin almost watery, similarities to Willet pot still bourbon with a citrusy cake aspect Finish: very dry with some minty freshness, nice heat, rye comes through as a little licorice After reading reviews: marmalade makes sense from the flaviar notes - I think that’s the similarity to Willet with this being more orange than lemon, not sure what honeysuckle is like so don’t know what to think of that, I get the pepper as the spicy heat note, but the butterscotch wasn’t apparent to me12.0 USD per PourStanford Park Hotel

Reviewed April 29, 2019Nose: cherry, brown sugar, rye towards the licorice direction, clove, leather Taste: some cherry on early sips but less so later on, pine, a creamy sweetness, a little rye licorice, later sips found chocolate Finish: rye, nice amount of burn, kind of a fresh/cool feeling After reading reviews: not a lot of reviews on my usual apps but the ones that are there note vanilla which I’m not getting - maybe the creamy sweetness, the molasses/fig note on the nose I can see - it’s a rich/darker sweetness59.0 USD per BottleMike's Wine & Spirits -

Reviewed April 16, 2019 (edited June 11, 2019)Nose: Orange, malt, apricot, apple juice, old books Taste: candy sweetness at first but lessened with further sips, orange, honey, malt Finish: dry, hot After reading reviews: there were lots of fruits on the nose but the sweetness in the taste wasn’t there as much for me as in the reviews, the alcohol burn was the more prominent feature for me, didn’t get any of the spice notes or vanilla
