Nose - dill, cola, custard, Palate - mild dill and cooking spices Finish - quick rye then sweet honeysuckle and pear notes

Nose - vanilla cream, coconut, lemon, toffee Palate - creamy, melted marshmallow and Werther’s originals Finish - lemon zest followed by a hint of butterscotch

What a unique bourbon Nose - fresh picked strawberries, custard, brown sugar, baking spices, cinnamon Palate - more of the nose, spice and strawberries fade and transform into a heavy mouthfeel after a bit Finish - Christmas spices, pepper, the high proof leaves it’s mark with some heat

Nose - sweet smoke from a bbq, light iodine on the back Palate - light peat then a bit more iodine, salt and crisp apples Finish - clean and herbal, mint comes in after the smoke subsides

I prefer the 12, definitely not worth the price. Nose - sweet wood, berries, marshmallow Palate - fresh wood chips, honey Finish - oily and quick with some heat

Nose - floral, peppermint, spice rack, honey Palate - light mouthfeel, slight rye spices, hint of citrus Finish - oak, slight nuttiness

Nose - heavy corn, slight hint of banana pudding, bits of vanilla and oak Palate - dominated by corn then an almost nutty taste on the toungue Finish - slight hint of caramel and dark chocolate. More age would do this bourbon wonders. Better overall with some drops of water.

Nose - snickerdoodle cookies, baking spices, mixed berries, peppermint Palate - a slight continuation of the nose, sugar cookies, light custard and cinnamon Finish - berries return with some vanilla

Nose - pine smoke, peat, honey, chocolate, mixed berries Palate - oily smoke, saltwater ocean spray, Finish - seaweed, burnt tobacco, mint

Nose - orange marmalade, banana peel, vanilla, butterscotch, toasted marshmallow, sugar cookies Palate - velvety smooth texture that softens even more over time, simple hints of citrus and cream, you can let it sit in your mouth for ages with no burn Finish - not nearly as good as the nose and palate, relatively boring and quick finish that turns to an astringent aftertaste.
