    Brine, peat smoke, sherry, butter and mineral notes on the nose, the palate is round with sweet mineral and vegetal notes, the finish is medium length and a little peppery with some latent heat

    I get fruit syrup, apricots and peat smoke on the nose, sweet on the palate with apples, pears and a hint of peat smoke and spices, the medium finish intermingled the sweet notes with a hint of peat smoke and spices. A splash of water muted the sweetness all around.

    cinnamon, cloves, caramel, honey plus a hint of smoke and nectarines on the nose, the palate is viscous and syrupy with caramel, honey, nectarine and wood fire smoke notes, the finish has sweet and smokey notes, medium length.

    Not a lot on the nose, a hint of cereal, faint ethanol and a hint of sweet something, the palate is grainy with sweet cereal notes and a little hot, the finish is short and sweet.

    A hint of bananas foster, malt and vanilla on the gentle nose, very smooth entry on the palate with a hint of vanilla and toffe, the finish is medium length, a little spicy and has the malt, vanilla and toffe notes. This is a very subtle whiskey.

    Sweet malt and berries on the nose with a hint of ethanol, palate is creamy with more malt and berries, there is also a sour note that I'm not sure if I like or not, the finish is medium length with the same malt and berries notes.

    lemon cake with faint shoe polish and saw dust on the nose, creamy, viscous and round palate with some sweet fruit notes, light lemon cake and vanilla cream, long, spicy satisfying finish with a wild raspberry note towards the very end.
