Aged Rum — Trinidad & Tobago
Reviewed September 13, 2019 (edited January 15, 2020)Molasses, vanilla and root beer on the nose, smooth and creamy on the palate with more vanilla and root beer at the perfect amount of sweetness, the finish is short and semi-sweet with more root beer. Interesting for sure. -

Reviewed September 6, 2019 (edited September 7, 2019)The nose has a shoe polish scent, there's some fresh cut apple and a faint cereal notes too, the palate is smooth and slightly oily with faint apple, pear and cereal notes, the finish is short to medium length. -
Compass Box Great King St Glasgow Blend

Reviewed September 6, 2019 (edited March 9, 2021)Strong band-aid scent dominates the nose initially, peat smoke emerges next with some stone fruit subtly in the background, the palate is rich, buttery and smooth with some honey and faint caramel notes, a hint of smoke appears late in the spicy medium finish. -
Loch Lomond 22 Year Old Particular (Douglas Laing)
Single Grain — Highlands, Scotland

Tootsie roll, fudge, nilla wafers, some spice, fruit and floral notes on the nose, light and creamy palate with some fruit, honey and pepper, the finish is medium length with some intense spice at first fading to a pleasant hint of chocolate.
