Limavady Single Barrel Single Malt
Single Malt — Ireland
Reviewed December 27, 2021 (edited March 9, 2022)Fruity nose with some oak. I get banana and caramel that is rich and creamy. Almost a banana cream pie. Has a long spicy finish. Nice blend. I could see myself getting more of this! -
I love whisky from Taiwan. They usually have a floral aroma like honeysuckle. This one definitely does. It has definite overtones of sherry as well. The palate has sherry and vanilla. This is followed by dark chocolate and then transitions to cinnamon which flows through the finish. Nicely balanced.
