There’s flavor here, but I’m not convinced it’s pleasant for me. For me, this is a shooting whiskey that might be good to great, someday.

Quite simply one of my favorite bourbons. Oaky sweetness, complex flavors, and a touch of orange rind round out an enjoyable sipping whiskey.

Like drinking a spiced caramel apple. If you like the Buffalo Trace house style, but want something different once in a while. Note: bourbon oracles say this is BT juice, distilled again and aged in VA.

One of the best things that Old Forester makes. 115 proof, so it stands up to a big ice cube or the ice your freezer makes. Long, 90-120 second plus finish.
