On the nose, I get notes of honey and minty spice. Nice combination of spicy rye and sweet wheat flavors. The bourbon gives it some smooth buttery notes as well. Overall, I like it a lot. 

Apples and cinnamon aromas, butterscotch and caramel flavors. Really smooth. Delicious.

Sweet syrupy candy in the nose. Light amber color. Smooth, a little oily, with cinnamon and some spice flavors. Some of the heat mellows out over rocks. Nice blend. Not sure it’s worth $65, but it’s tasty.

Not bad for a $28 bottle. Really nice on the nose. Floral and a little fruity. A little sweet mixed with some spiciness from the rye. Smooth, light finish, almost too light. Definitely don’t pour this over ice or water it down. If you do, the flavors will completely evaporate.

Licorace and molasses, notes of cherry, prunes, and plums. Cinnamon spice and coriander on the back end. Lives up to its reputation.

Wheaty, lightly sweet with some subtle spicy notes as well. Smooth, creamy, nice mouthfeel.

Honey amd sweet caramel notes with hints of spicy cinnamon. Viscous with a bit of water added. I dont recommend that.

Buttery creamy mouthfeel. Smooth on the front end with some spice at the back end. Light, almost too light.
