Westland American Oak American Single Malt
American Single Malt — Washington , USA
Reviewed May 30, 2019 (edited June 23, 2019)Deep, dark, rich, oily and a bit floral. Lots of dark chocolate and coffee notes, a bit of smoke, black roasted sugar. What you get on the nose you will get on the palate. Finish is a nice bitter dark chocolate. A solid American single malt whiskey. I would love to try this at a higher proof. 3.8 or 3.9 would be a fare rating.65.0 USD per Bottle -

Macallan Edition No. 3
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed March 6, 2019 (edited March 15, 2019)Nose, chocolate powder, toasted sugar, vanilla, hints of fruits and wood. Taste, this is all kinds of sweet desserts, toffee and a bit of proof but goes down really smooth. Medium short finish. Really friendly, very good still my personal choice would be a more robust scotch. To sweet for me.89.0 USD per Bottle -
Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Single Barrel Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed March 1, 2019 (edited April 11, 2019)The proof jumps out on the nose, maple syrup, oak, roasted pecans. It has the traditional characteristics of a single barrel. Dark amber, first glance you know this is mature and yes it will remind you of Buffalo Trace. Taste is smooth, sweet and spicy, more oak will develop. Finish is medium short. A classic! Sometimes I catch a slight sour note that reminds me of pickles.89.0 USD per Bottle -
Ron del Barrilito Five Stars
Aged Rum — Puerto Rico
Reviewed February 26, 2019 (edited October 20, 2021)One of the best rums I have ever had neat. It has complex and deep aromas without deviating from the barrilito line. Sweet, leather, oak, fruits and tabaco are some of the notes. Full and rich taste and long dry finish, lots of oak in a good way. Complex aromas will stick to the glass for a long time after finishing the drink. - A true experience!550.0 USD per Bottle
