Good everyday drinker. The peat is present and it’s a bit chewy.

Far less complex than the PC10 but not in a bad way. The peat is much more present compared to the 10 even though they’re both 40ppm. Hints of brown sugar and lemon on the nose. A bit oakier on the tongue, with a hint of chocolate on the finish. Not the 10 year, but that’s hard to beat.

Simply lovely. It’s like drinking tea. Floral with fruity hints to it. I can’t think of a better scotch for under $100

Great single malt. Hints of strawberry, honey, and flowers. The heat is perfect and very doable.

Pink lady apple on the nose, brown sugar and butter. Fantastic. If I had tasted this without seeing the bottle, I wouldn’t have known it was 58.2% ABV

You can smell the proof on the nose and it’s quite crisp. Hints of caramel and red apple.

Very sweet on the nose. The port is noticeable on the tongue right away. Not a fan of a peaty Scotch being paired with the sweetness of a Port cask. Glad I tried it, wouldn’t buy again.
