I am generally not a huge Beam fan but i have to say that this one is super enjoyable. Really nice nose and very nice notes on the palate. Oak, vanilla and plenty of other sweet notes. This one had taken a little heat for the price and $200 is a little strong. I grabbed it for $140 abd would happiky pay that again. Great bottle!

This is super interesting. One of the best things I’ve had in a while. Rich and velvety. You get all of the classic bourbon notes: toffee, carmel, vanilla, brown sugar but there is this grain or wheat note on the finish that is outstanding. Really love this one. Mine is lot #10.

For my palate this one is perfect. It has all the notes that i am looking for and the 100 proof is just right. I am enjoying batch 1 and i know batch 2 is out there, this is one that will always be on my shelf if i can get it.

I love this one. Yhe rye is straight forward but the age is there. The rum and sherry really play well together. A super enjoyable finished rye that one to seek out if you enjoy that type of dram.

This is one oustanding pour. Very rich and flavorful, and the proof is spot on. Perfect harmony of honey, vanilla and cereal notes. Maybe a tiny touch of lemon. Im not sure that you can do a whole lot better with a bourbon cask finish. Absolutely love this one.

This is absolutely fabulous. Its is a little funky and musty but then takes a huge turn to spearmint candy. The port brings a touch of fruit and swetness on the back end. Super unique and excellently crafted. Lucky to get a bottle.

If you are a fan of Glen Scotia, then this one is for you. I get no hint of Springbank at all. Nice price, drinkable and pretty available from what i have seen.

This one really surprised me. I wasn’t expecting a lot but not sure why. Huge fan of Billy Walker. Absolutely love this. The peat smoke isnt super prominent but it’s definitely there. Its not a medicinal peat but more camfire smoke. It blends perfectly with the sherry. Wonderfully crafted and super enjoyable.

Really enjoying this one. You cant beat a Tokaji finish and it goes perfect with the age on this one. Grabbed on sale for $70 and may go back for another. I would not be disappointed if i had paid full price.

I am really impressed with this sweet mash rye. In a market where rye varies greatly, this one is right up my alley. Spice, rich, sweet and a nice proof.
