Tastes

Nose: vanilla icing (the light, crisp, sugary icing) peaches, red apple peel, honey Taste: immediate confectioners sugar, crispy sugar wafers with that vanilla middle, sweet bread

Nose: Arnold Palmer. Lemon and black sweet tea Taste: peppery, cinnamon

Nose: Golden graham. Honey, cereal Taste: creamy, sweet Peppery finish

Nose: vanilla bomb, caramel and later, chocolate. Like a boozy Twix Taste: Oak, pepper, but calm and friendly. A little spicy raisin on the finish

Nose: Used coffee grounds, peach, wet leaves Taste: pepper, dark chocolate, mint

This was a journey. It changed constantly in the glass with even a very small pour. Nose: Cinnamon, granola, trail mix, dehydrated banana, cashews, chocolate chips, then after 15 min, A&W Cream Soda! Taste: hot, pepper, then chocolate, sweeter with every sip

This is my favorite thing. Nose: coconut, sweetened condensed milk, butterscotch chips, whipped cream Taste: Graham crackers, coconut again, pecan Spirity finish, slightest pepper. So good, I have to stop everything else and sit down

Nose: Smoke is warm, not overwhelming. Then it is sweet - like cake icing and then citrus, but not peel - the flesh of an orange Taste: banana and vanilla cake Smoke again on the finish. Lovely

Nose: grape bubble yum, vanilla, shortbread cookies Taste: super mellow - zero bite on the arrival, rounded sweetness to start and then a bite of pepper on the end Wow. This one is a journey. Reels you in with sweetness and then punches you in the nose, but you’re happy about it

Nose: Cinnamon butter, walnut, cotton candy Taste: Oak, black pepper, hot, but caramel later on Minty finish
