Nose: Dried fruit, corn flakes, apple Taste: honey and pepper

Nose: campfire on a rainy day, lemon, apple juice, milk chocolate and long cut tobacco Taste: salty, bacon, Oak sawdust, orange peel Finish: black pepper

Nose: Raisinets, Oak, cinnamon Taste: cloves (the taste in my mouth after smoking cloves) mint and walnut

Nose: leather, coconut, orange peel, campfire smoke and ash the next morning, spritz of lemon zest Taste: pepper and smoked salmon, salty but with a touch of rich, dark honey - finishes savory

Nose: graham cracker, cashews, milk chocolate, plums Taste: honey and spice. Wonderful spice and herbal finish

Nose: sweetened milk, caramel Taste: honey, cream, toffee, coconut Finish is nicely spicy and peppery with a floral finale

This is lovely. Almost the end of the bottle and it’s become so friendly. Nose: Used coffee grounds and gala apple, Taste: dark, dark chocolate and pepper

Nose: Clove, cherry, walnut and brown sugar Taste: the proof is present immediately, but it’s sweet, vanilla, sugary hard candy and cinnamon

Nose: a s’more. Marshmallow. Vanilla, Cereal, milk chocolate - delicious Taste: soft - yummy, vanilla again, but wood spice for interest. It’s pure enjoyment

Nose: Strawberry preserves. I have never smelled strawberries on a whisky before, but there it is. Wow. Slightest hint of the crisp toast you’d put the preserves on Taste: arrival is ridiculously creamy and sweet. It’s honestly vanilla pudding. Dang. Then, mid palate to finish is a really subtle cinnamon. This is gorgeous. It has changed as the bottle level went down. So delicious.
