Very pale and thin, not many of the rich flavors you would associate with an Extra Añejo. Some floral notes, and maybe some raw sugar.

Honestly, you can't beat the price of this rye for the quality you get. Perfect for mixing. A must have for a bar. Five star rating for the quality at that price.
