    The nose is subtle with hints of fruit, caramel, and cinnamon. Palette is warm and fruity with notes of vanilla and is sightly spicy. The spiciness intensifies in the finish, but the finish is very smooth with a hint of smoke.

    Nose is oily and briny with just a hint of sweetness. Palette is pretty much just smoke. Wonderful. Smoke lingers on the finish with some added fire as it goes down the throat into the belly.

    Very pungent on the nose with a hint of smoke and char hiding at the very end. Palette starts off surprisingly sweet, but then immediately transitions to FIRE. Very spicy with a lot of burn. Finish is much smoother than expected with a hint of citrus.

    The nose is a very subtle blend of wheat and wood. The palette is also more subtle than expected, boasting a blend of smoke and oily. The smoke lingers in the finish, bit it remains fairly smooth with only a bit of fire going down into the belly.

    The nose is sweet with overlapping caramel and vanilla, with a hint of salt underneath. Palette is warm and soft, followed by moderate peat on the back of the throat. Finish is lingering smoke and is incredibly smooth, with no burn at all.

    Nose is fruity with a hint of acetone. Palette starts off with the acetone flavor, but quickly transitions to smoke and charcoal with just the slightest hint of sweetness. Finish is slightly bitter but surprisingly smooth.

    The nose is wonderfully smokey, with almost a layer of barbecue notes. Pallet is also very smokey and charred with a bit of spiciness that lingers nicely. The finish is rather smooth with a nice fire that goes all the way down into the belly.

    Slightly sweet and wheaty on the nose, but very subtle. Palette starts off syrupy, warm, and oily, then transitions to rather spicy. Finish is surprisingly smooth and warm.
