Palate: again Jalapeño being pronounced, chilli feel and green pepper flavour. Hint of carroway sweetness at end. Herbaceous and not as dry as others. Finish: so Mexican, bit of smoke, green pepper again. Fajita. Peach
Mezcal Joven — Oaxaca, MexicoTasted February 19, 2021Nose: Diesel, agave and carroway/antiseptic. Palate: viscous and potent. Alcohols are pronounced, smoky and herbaceous flavour with eucalyptus, hint of peach and sweet fruit and open fire. Finish: savoury and bone dry, long.
