This is a great scotch, I always felt the 15 was missing something and a little boring. The captains reserve has that missing element. It is just as smooth but the flavour is more pronounced and that cognac finish rounds it out. Both regularly around $70CAD but can be had on sale for $20 less, I will always pick the captain going forward.50.0 CAD per Bottle

Nice stuff, I was a little apprehensive at first that they would focus too much on being organic and not be able to fill a good bottle. But they really did well with this, another one of their unpeated scotches that tastes like it is peated. But not overly, a balanced rich dram you could drink everyday. Regular price around $100 CAD.87.0 CAD per Bottle

The cheapest bruichladdich I can get my hands on. I don't mind it, for being unpeated it sure tastes like some peat in there. Not amazing but still that unique bruichladdichness about it which makes it enjoyable. I had it turned into a bramble cocktail at one point, this is a versatile dram that you shouldn't feel bad mixing here or there. Regular price around $60 CAD.51.0 CAD per Bottle

This is one of my favorites, cant really say why it's almost like my comfort whisky. After a long day of tasting a bunch of other whiskies, I always come back to this one and sigh. It is incredibly smooth and full of flavour for a 12-year. Regular price of $60 CAD I don't feel bad over indulging on this.45.0 CAD per Bottle

As far as tequila goes this is an amazing sipper, at he regular price of $170CAD you're going to want to make it last. Very smooth, you get the oakiness, it is sweet enough and really just a taste of agave at the end. Have to resist over indulging. It might not be a true 5, but it is the best I have tasted and probably will stay that way, I don't see myself going above this price point.129.0 CAD per Bottle

Don Julio Blanco Tequila
Tequila Blanco — Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed May 6, 2019 (edited March 30, 2020)A good blanco with a huge agave punch. This one was hard to sip, it was clean and crisp but ends with such a huge hit of agave and a bit of burn. It makes a great lime margarita but the regular price of $70CAD makes me hesitant to mix it away.49.0 CAD per Bottle -
If you are expecting the original Bumbu, this is not that. This is the older more mature version. Theres no sweet banana to bring out your inner child. Once I put the original out of my mind, I was really able to enjoy this. More of an oaky spiced rum. Nice all round sipper, great looking bottle too.52.0 CAD per Bottle
