Nose reminds me of bourbon. Cherries, oak, cinnamon, light vanilla. Taste starts bourbon-y and transitions into something that reminds me of a highlands scotch. Sweet and slightly almost smoky with obvious oak influence. Fairly long spicy finish. Not sure on age, but would be awesome with a little more!

Another great bourbon from buffalo trace. Classic bourbon notes of cinnamon, spice and sugar. I get a pretty nice cherry flavor out of this one as well. Super smooth considering the super high proof

Best sherry cask scotch ive had yet. The cask strength leads to a lot of complexity. Berries, cherries, spice and wine on the nose. Tastes a whole lot like it smells. Considering the high %, the alcohol burn was minimal but it really mellows out well with a couple drops. Loving this one.

Linwood Liquors single barrel pick. Reminds me a lot of eht, but a little less heat. Definitely more complex with apple pie and cinnamon on the nose. Vanilla and brown sugar comes through with a warm cinnamon finish. A clear step up from standard bt.

Taster
