1 cube. Nose consists of new oak and citrus. Palate is surprisingly sweet up front with hints of brown sugar and toasted marshmallow. The oak comes in later with a rather hot finish. The finish mellows with time to open and is quite lasting. Pleasant, easy drinking bourbon that is wonderful at this price range.

Reviewed July 9, 2020 (edited March 14, 2021)1 cube. Dark red (natural) color. Incredibly strong sherry nose. Beautifully present but not overwhelming. Sweet from the start as if you are sipping sherry alone. Hints of cherry, chocolate, and rum. Evolves into a more traditional whiskey but the heat is manageable. Exceptionally unique.
