Uneventful nose with a slight alcohol burn to it. A nice kick up front with a very sweet cinnamon finish. For the price point this is a great sipper. Still the single barrel takes the cake for me but although this is not as complex and a good deal more sweet it's still a home run of a bourbon. Four Roses can do no wrong and is quickly becoming my go to brand.

Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed March 28, 2014 (edited April 24, 2018)2003 Vintage being had, nice wood and alcohol nose. Strong kick on first sip with a nice long lingering finish. Very smooth yet strong like David Hasselhoff. Definitely a keeper in my regular rotation. Along with the single barrel Four Roses, this is one of my favorites this year. Also 2003 being my high school graduation year is kind of cool and depressing at the same time.
