    Just now noticing that it has some coffee ground and chocolate notes as it transitions into the late stage flavors/palate. Definitely leads with peat on the nose and strong salinity on the attack.

    HiTop single barrel. Hot but not what you'd expect from 63%. Has a strong dark brown sugar nose. Solid corn flavors, and strong oakiness that's got the mellow complexity of 15 years

    Smooth mellow vanilla and oak on the nose. Getting some baking spice and apple. Some mild cinnamon, beautiful molasses and brown sugar too.

    Bright and fruity. Sherry is beautiful and strong, cherry is coming through, slight boozy note towards finish. Vanilla notes from the bourbon casks are there too. Honey and berries.

    Definitely getting some mocha on the nose. Bright fruit notes shine through too. Some mild chocolate. Decent meatiness/ham notes.

    Getting some decently strong medicinal notes. Brine definitely sits on the palate for a while. Getting a bit of leather on the nose and on the palate too. Getting some light honey malt notes, some slight brown sugary notes on the nose

    Smooth, with a decent barley/caramel sweetness. Mild banana, oak. Water rounds it out a bit, brings out honey and malt more. Some nice apple notes too.

    Beautifully bright, yet retaining a lot of Laphroaig notes. Very very mild medicinal notes on the end, a bit of oakiness. Slight astringency.

    Smooth with a bit of heat. It's peaty, getting brine for sure. Slight meatiness. For $50 a bottle this is a must have. It's light yet has a depth to it. Drinkable and light in color, nearly. dances with caramel

    Definitely a bit sweeter than the 10. Can see the mint chocolate notes. There's definitely a cocoa vibe to the body. Mild cinnamon. Peat smoke is here, but balanced. Getting a little bit of bacon as I keep drinking. Some nice sweetness to it, caramel and chocolate
