Tastes

Dr. Pepper an plum on the nose. Incredibly fruity with a few honey notes shining through. Seeing some vegetal notes here too on the palate. A bit hot.

Definitely gets a hint of the sherry, both on the nose and in the palate. Decent honey and malt notes

Vanilla, some mild oak wood notes, strong apple on the nose. Decent honey and maltiness

Wood and vanilla nose with some dried fruit notes, I can see the plum, a bit of cherry too. Theres a full bodied palate with some wood notes, a little bit of tanins, and some dark sugar abd molasses notes too. More fruit notes come in on the palate as it opens up

Nose feels a touch brighter this time. Getting some vanilla and honey alongside the salinity and peatiness. Palate opens with some robust peat and a bit of saltines and transitions to a bit of caramel and malt sweetness. Finish has some rubber and leather notes that stay on the tongue

Bright and lively. Peat is definitely there, but its not a Laphroaig type peat experience. There's some significant honey and vanilla on the nose, a decent amount of salinity and peat in the palate with a little bit of honey and a hint of citrus. A nice moderately long finish that has some light nuttiness to it. Leftover feints have some sharpness/acidity as well as toasted wood.

Peat smoke is very light but present. A light vanilla sweetness on the nose and on the palate. A mild fruitiness lingers throughout, a little bit of apple a bit of honey alongside oak. Has a lingering weigtiness/chewiness on the finish. If you let the finish sit for a minute before another sip you get some very nice apple notes.

A very nice amount of vanilla, strong on the nose with a bit of ethanol. a little bit of chocolate. Slight heat, but mellow, relatively sweet whiskey

More campfire smokey than peat smokey, though the more i drink it, the more the peat comes through. strong salinity on the nose definitely finishes with some rubber. Has some honey notes, a tiny bit of heat to it. A few drops of water tone down the heat a bit. Some woodiness is in here too.

Strong fruitiness on the nose, almost like a berries and cream vibe. Mild oak notes coming off the nose. Very Light caramel on palate. Getting a decent amount of malt sweetness and chewiness. Some semisweet red apple too.
