Fresh bottle crack Neat. On the nose I get sweet and spicy toasted marshmallow and coconut. Taste is sweet and spicy with notes of caramel and toasted marshmallow with a spicy dry finish. I like it but it's not mind blowing. I'd prefer just spending an extra 10 to 15 bucks for a bottle of ECBP as I enjoy the flavor more.

Fresh crack. Neat. Nose is spicy vanilla and caramel. Taste is sweet and spicy with some heat with hints of vanilla and cinnamon with a long spicy oaky finish. I like it and looking forward to trying it again after being open a week or so.

Nose is caramel and oak. Taste is oaky sweet up front with a caramel oaky sweet finish. No burn. It’s a little light for my liking. I’d like to have a Barrel proof version.

Neat. Nose is sweet and oaky with some spice. Taste is sweet caramel upfront with a warm oak spicy sweet finish.

2oz pour of 2019 P23. Neat, Nose is sweet and oaky. Taste is sweet with an oaky sweet finish and no burn. I’d love to try a barrel proof version! I’m glad I got a chance to try it as it’s really good, however my personal preference would be to have a bottle of Stagg Jr for less than a 2oz pour of this unicorn.

105.7 batch. Neat. Nose is sweet caramel butterscotch spice. Taste is sweet spicy red hots candy with a spicy cinnamon baked apple finish. Pretty tasty.

Nose is sweet spicy cinnamon. Taste is sweet caramel up front with a spicy finish. It’s pretty thin to me. It’s good but not something I would pay over retail for.

Neat. Nose is sweet caramel molasses. Taste is sweet and spiced up front with a spicy oak finish. I like it.

Neat. Nose is sweet rye. Taste is sweet caramel rye with a sweet rye spice finish. It’s pretty good. Generally don’t care for young rye offering and was given this sample from a friend. It’s pretty good for a younger rye and I would drink again.
