Slight vanilla, wet peaty malt, wet wool, slight bitter and sweet. Lovely esp. with a dark ganache chocolate from Chocolate Arts. The cholate brings out the peat and peanut aroma.

45% Nose: sweet, oily, slight peat, dried fruit, hay, varnish, rich, carmelised sugar. Palate: oily, barley, peat. Water droplets brings out more oil and peat, smooth.

Love the ripe fruit nose, rum and honey. Smooth, cinnamon, warm, rum, sweet on palette. With fleur de sel dark chocolate the palette hightlighs intensify, except for the sweetness.

46%. Buttery, slight smoke, honey on the nose. Buttery, nutty, dry, menthol, honey. Fleur de del dark chocolate pairs well.

Sweet, slight brine, musky, and waxy nose.
