A true delight for the bourbon drinker! Honey comes through the carmel and vanilla notes early. Cherry flavor pops and it is the kind of finish that only needs a one finger pour to last all evening.

Pleasantly surprised! I’m not big on rye, but this bourbon has good mouth-feel and is absolutely worth picking up again to digest the nuances of the flavor.

Tasted again. This is unremarkable and way overrated at an 87. It’s not in the same league as anything coming out of Buffalo Trace Distillery.
