Tastes

High corn, really boozy. And almost mint freshness, though. It has a pleasant, tingling mouthfeel and aftertaste, almost like Szechuan pepper. That burn cuts through everything for quite a while. I imagine it would stick around for a while, even with ice or in a cocktail. But eventually, it opens up, and then there's the taste of sweet peanut, caramel, and toffee. Really lovely and complex.

Classic. Peanut, corn, and strong flavor make this an amazing house bourbon for anyone. Not for sipping but definitely for cocktails.

Strong, yet clean, smoke flavor. Complex and you can taste what's going on. So good.

This....is amazing. Not cloying or harsh, incredibly smooth. What a cinnamon whiskey should be.

So nice. Vanilla, cinnamon, with an interesting cherry note on the back. Such a good bourbon.

It's okay, but more oak than anything else.

Granted, I'm not too much of an Irish whisky connoisseur, but this is one of my favorite ones I've ever tasted. I'll be getting for myself for sure.

Oh my. What a fantastic, sweet bourbon. Heavy on the corn and rye. Smooth and lovely.

Really, really good. Soft with some fruit notes and a touch of some. Good usual single malt.
