Tastes

The closest one come to a whiskey you could drink straight (though you definitely tell the difference). Taste almost like single malt tea. Definitely has that single malt taste without any burn. I also appreciate they don't try to make an artificial bite.

Fascinating. Straight, it's tastes so odd, and the capsaicin on the backend is a bit much, but I can REALLY see this working in s cocktail. I especially like the subtle smokiness. I do wish the body had more flavor. As it is, it might get lost in a cocktail.

I see what they're trying to do, with the added "oakiness", but no. Tastes sour, in a "it's gone bad" kind of way. Weird pepper taste on the backend, too.
