Had to re-review this after sharing with a friend who’s response to what she thought was, “made my nipples hard” …that’s it, that’s my review

My first ECBP and it seems to be a great one to start. Pleasantly surprised with a lack of heat for the proof. Brown sugar, toffee and hints of leather some fruit and a medium finish. Gladly buy another if I can find it.

Really solid BP for the money. Nutty vanilla nose and a spicy mouthful with a lot of flavors and a lingering sweet but hot finish.

Tasted as part of a blind flight with KC12 and Weller 12. Placed a tough 3rd behind the others, less complexity on the nose but did go down the smoothest. Shorter finish than the others but a nice pour. Strong Crème Brûlée and Vanilla flavors.

This is a new one for me. Can’t say I’ve had any Whiskeys like it. It’s been hours since I had the pour but I can still taste the smoky finish if I close my eyes and concentrate really hard like I’m trying to remember the first time I reached 2nd base. A fun dram enjoyed here on Easter brunch. Not something I’d come back to often but enjoyable. Thanks Sean.

Hadn’t heard of this distillery, got the bottle as a gift from my brother, brought it back out for tasting tonight on his birthday. Buttery flavor profile hint of peanut butter and caramel. Pretty tasty and love supporting Texan companies.
