    Nose: Peat, smoke, oak, apples, plums, brine Palate: Brine, apples, smoke, plums, chocolate Finish: Smoke, oak, chocolate Absolutely excellent suprise. For the price I would have never quessed how good this really is. Got to be my new favourite NAS bottling. Sherry and smoke nicely balanced together.

    Nose: Vanilla, caramel, oak, nuts, pear Palate: Vanilla, nuts, plums, chocolate Finish: Chocolate, oak The house flavour is clearly there. Its balanced nicely and has character. Reminds me of high quality bourbons.
