Nose of light cinnamon, leather and maybe a little hint of strawberry Palate of tobacco, baking spice and sweet rolls Finish is medium oak spice and again some light sweet cinnamon A delightful pour but it seems to be a bit over priced compared to the 10 year

Nose of faint sweet bread Palate of light baking spices and buttered bread Finish is short of light oak and clove Pleasant enough pour

Nose of faint leather and antique wood and maybe a little black berry jam Palate of spicy oak tannins sweet dark fruit Finish is cinnamon and oak medium in length This one is a little over oaked and the rich shortbread of redbreast does not show the way I had hoped for with a lack of balance and cohesion

Nose of caramel and leather and a little faint hint of vanilla Palate of toffee and buttered bread that fades to nutmeg Finish is medium to long with cinnamon rolls and oak spice This is a very well balanced pour that hits the bourbon notes beautifully

Nose of orange and lemon peel, hint of leather and faint tobacco. Palate of vanilla, some butterscotch and mid palate that has a fruity sweetness that faded to a bit of barrel bitterness Finish of barrel and baking spices, medium length This is a nice pour fairly well balanced

Nose of orange peel, Honey Nut Cheerios, light barrel char. Palate of barrel spice and sweet dark fruit jam Finish of short to medium length of barrel spice and clove Pretty good pour, spice comes on a bit strong and therefore not as balanced for a wheated bourbon as I look for, but still a nice unique pour
