Nose of red apples and pears but very faint. Palate of stewed fruit and intense pepper and clove Finish is sugary sweet hard candy This is such a weird intense experience I find it an interesting while at the same time I don't think of this as a bourbon

Nose of fresh sliced strawberries with a bit of vanilla. Palate in the front is sweet berries but transition into black pepper and clove Finish is short/medium with drying oak tannins and more clove This is a very interesting bourbon journey even if it's not exactly my preference

Nose of sweet creme brûlée, light orange zest and faint oak. Palate of cinnamon rolls with some white pepper on the back. Finish is medium in length with sweet oak a hints of maple.

Nose of soft caramel pudding and vanilla beans Palate barrel spice and pie crust dusted with cacao Finish is medium/long in length with black pepper, wood char and barrel spice

Nose of pecan pie, vanilla and cinnamon with a pie crust undertones Palate of baked apples sprinkled with cinnamon sugar Finish is medium with a nice lingering finish of barrel spice and molasses Quite and enjoyable neat pour

Nose of leather, light sweet vanilla and oak with hint of an ethanol layer Palate of baking spices, pepper and maybe a touch of honey Finish is medium length with gentle heat, oak spice and tobacco hints

Nose of malted grain, cut hay and faint citrus. Palate of sugary red apples and malted grain Finish is medium short honey and light citrus

Nose of light charr with burnt orange, oak, light vanilla. Palate of sweet vanilla cream, sweet oak, creamy texture. Finish is short to medium of light barrel spice. Solid but so centered squarely in the middle of the road that nothing stands out to impress the sip

Nose of sawdust, or maybe mulch Palate of vanilla extract and light sweet oak Finish of light spice and slight metallic wood smoke Interesting gentle sip that shows a new twist on classic bourbon notes

Nose of faint leather and citrus mingle with molasses. Palate of sweet oak and powdered pastry doughnut holes. Finish has caramel and light baking spices Another great example of MGP aged for many years that reflects the skill of an extremely talented distiller/blender.
