Nose of citrus and an almost outdoor pool freshness, hint of pineapple Palate of spicy fruit cocktail a certain sweetness to the profile but not overly Finish has some pepper notes and again a sweet honey So different that the 10 year original, interesting after a meal type pour

Nose of honey and citrus maybe lemon or melon Palate of a light fruit cup with a little honey dripped in Finish is short and light pepper and a bit of that lemon zest Very pleasant sipper

Nose of cherry pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream Palate of rich cherry and blackberry with piecrust Finish is oak spice and cinnamon and a bit of clove medium length

Nose of vanilla and creme brûlée sugar and a little light over ripe strawberry Palate of sweet cinnamon rolls Finish is medium cinnamon and oak spice

Nose of brown sugar and faint nilla wafer cookies Palate of sweet stone fruit maybe dried apricots and rye spice Finish is long of barrel tannins and clove A unique pour that has some complexity in the palate that takes some time to parse out.

Nose of faint citrus and cinnamon but very faint Palate of cinnamon roll pastry Finish of brown sugar and oak spice medium in length Solid rich pour

Nose of lemon zest and vanilla with some faint woody notes Palate of clove spice and cinnamon roll sweets Finish of barrel spice and oak Solid pour, fairly well balanced

Nose of caramel and a bit of burnt brown sugar and orange zest Palate of spicy citrus notes and black pepper Finish is medium/long with clove A little water adds to the sweet notes of brown sugar

Nose of rich vanilla ice cream and faint hint of ethanol The front of the palate is toasted marshmallow flowing into a mid palate that gives me the sweet vanilla ice cream and the back of the palate has some pepper and spice maybe clove or allspice Finish has a bit of campfire and barrel spice with a medium length. This is very enjoyable but defies a category, its not a bourbon, its not a scotch its really just its own thing and I'm glad I have a bottle, well done Chattanooga
