Batch 001: 54.8 % Nose: malt sweetness, caramel,apricot, cinnamon, dust, mold, like in a cellar Palate: nice, silky upfront, then moldy and gingery, very sweet at the end Finish: honey, black pepper, dark chocolate. Black pepper becomes very dominant after sipping a glass for 2 hours

Nose: plum, rubbery, nutmeg, orange zest Palate: mouth covering, honey sweet Finsh: very long, honey, salt, tobacco, dark chocolate, some ginger Feeling the spices more on the tongue.

Nose: banana, raisin, some alcohol, warming spices Palate: raisin sweet, then pungent spices Finish: pungent spices, then warming spices, nuts, moderate dryness Feeling the spices more on the palate.

Nose: fruits, rubber, berries, figs, faint smoke, warming spices Palate: exactly what was promised on nose, berries, figs, bit more smoke than on nose, getting pungent towards the finish Finish: long, sticky, honey sweetness, tobacco, smoke

Nose: caramel, vanilla, alcohol, light overall Palate: sweet,cereal Finish: first spicy, then some sugary sweetness. Some dryness then nothing, no body at all

Nose: smoke, fresh, citrusy, yeasty, sweet and briny Palate: spiky upfront, then ash, salt and pepper Finish: full, bit tart. Smoke remains long. Very unique.
