Nose: light smoke, some ethanol, fruit, ripe pear, Palate: sweet, smokey, then strong pepper Finish: starts with pepper, smoke, then sweeetnes joins and remains longer. Some dryness, ginger, herbal.

Nose: smoke, vegetables. Palate: nothing, then some sweetness and smoke and light spices after several seconds Finish: herbal, smokey. Coffee. Disappears relwtively quickly. Simple, but still the best Ben Bracken for me so far.

Nose: red berries, alcohol, vanilla and cinnamon. Metallic and herbal notes. Feels young. Palate: some caramel sweetness, then cinnamon, sour. F8nish: bitterness and metallic feeling.

N: vanilla, hint of cherry, toffee. Warming spices. Some oak. P: friendly and sweet upfront, then moderate spices and oaky bitterness. F: mouth covering honey sweetness, later on more spicy which goes away quickly. Good, balanced bourbon with not too much complexity.

N: sweet, vanilla, herbal, peppermint. Little bit spiky. P: soft and creamy upfront, then spicy and caramel sweet. F: sweet and warming, can feel the heat on the tongue and in the throat. Ginger. Herbal notes remain longer, bit rough.

N: spiky, warming spices, orchard fruits (red apple), orange, vanilla. Later on the alcohol bite gets muted. P: rough, spiky, peppery, bold, sweet. Feels young. F: chilli, nuts, bitterness, bit herbal. With water much more nuts.
