Tastes

Nose: honey, briny, vegetables, warming spices Palate: honey, vanilla, salt, all spice. Exactly what was promise by the aroma. Finish: honey, moderate spices, subtle dryness Overall, good but a little bit one dimensional, honey rules it.

Nose: orchard fruits (apple, pear), vanilla, floral, warming spices Palate: caramel sweetness, then pepper and some oak Finish: pungent then sweet. Bitterness bit too bitter for my taste.

Nose: little spikey, otherwise wonderful vanilla, marshmellow,apple, cherry, warming spices, very promising Palate: nice vanilla upfront, then pungent ginger became dominant, salty, smoke Finish: pungent wave goes away quickly, some wood, some sweetness and minimal sourness remains. Like after beer. Salt.

Nose: fresh, clean. Floral, yeast. Citrus. Palate: gentle upfront, vanilla sweet afterwards, peppery and yeasty at end. Under the shoulder of the bottle more grainy, less yeasty. Finish: warming. Spicy first, then some bitternes and oak. Quite long, around 30 secs or more. I was expecting lighter stuff, but this whisky has a character.

Nose: cereal, vanilla sweet, bit flat Palate: bit spiky, burnt caramel, alcohol burn Aftertaste: nuts, bit herbal, bitter. Feels young.

Nose: allspice, tropical fruits, vanilla sweetness Palate: balanced, caramel, weak spices upfront, which develop till finish Finish: bitterness, oak. Ginger. Woody notes remain longer.

Nose: raisin sweet, smoke, ripe apricot, very well balanced, allspice Palate: creamy and sweet arrival, smoked ham, ginger later on Finish: sticky, sweet like honey, background smokyness wraps around, slight bitterness, briny notes

Nose: exotic fruits (mango, banana), cinnamon, sandalwood Palate: sweet and smooth upfront, then ginger Finish: ginger, nuts, wood. Coffee remains longer (15-20 sec) 3,75 because a little bit flat feeleng
