Octomore 06.1/167 Scottish Barley
Peated Single Malt — Islay, ScotlandTastedVery light straw color. Briny and salty on the nose. Undertone of earthiness. Initial taste of smokey earthiness. A light oiliness. Bitter on the back of the tongue, probably due to the high alcohol content. Definitely benefits from a splash of water.149.0 USD per Bottle

Peated Single Malt — Islay, ScotlandTastedGreat balance & fun to drink
Maker's Mark Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USATastedA bit too rough for me,even though it has a good vanilla nose. I think I the cask strength is a much better product but of course much more expensive
Glenfiddich 12 Year
Single Malt — Speyside, ScotlandTastedIsn't as bold as the heavily peatedScotches but it really does grow on you. Very well balanced an excellent table whiskey.
Johnnie Walker Double Black
Peated Blend — ScotlandTastedThe shortness of the finish is the most noticeable aspect. The smokiness isn't as nice as I find with Arabella.,but it does grow on you
