Juniper,Spicy, Fruity with a touch of Citrus. Super smooth, clean taste. This just sings in a proper martini with Dolin dry/ olives or lemon twist and a Negroni with Cocci Red Vermouth (my first exposure). Don’t waste this in a G&T or gimlet. We are North Shore 6 / 11, Saphirre and St George Botanivore fans, but this is giving them all a challenge.40.0 USD per BottleBinny's Beverage Depot

Wigle Organic Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey
Rye — Pennsylvania, USA
Reviewed January 11, 2021 (edited February 9, 2021)Love at first sip. Floral nose you can get lost in. Rolls on smooth, then some alcohol, spice, oak, some vanilla, and an effervescent finish. This ain’t getting mixed. -
Balvenie Doublewood 12 Year
Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland
Reviewed October 5, 2020 (edited June 21, 2021)Every time I encounter this lovely whiskey, I enjoy. It’s definitely on the sherry side of the spectrum, with just enough smoke to make it interesting. After doing a favor for some friends, I was just gifted a bottle. It’s their fave. It’s absolutely astounding as an after dinner dram. I look forward to more exploration.
