My favorite of the whiskey world series. Cherry and banana nose. Soft creamy notes. Long lasting brown sugar on the palate. Sort of a savory sweetness at the end - almost a creamed corn note

Big oak nose. Cinnamon and wet coffee grounds. Some candied orange peel and nutty banana bread. Super oily mouthfeel - toasted brown sugar and tart apple at end. Long black pepper finish.

Nose of light vanilla and honey. Scant black pepper. Big notes of oak with some light spice from the rye. Extremely soft.

First time trying a sweet mash. Rich toasty nose with some vanilla. Toffee notes and whole wheat toast and banoffee pie

Vanilla, leather, bacon fat, and hazlenut

First time trying any of the Little Book line. Nose a little muted at first, but opens up with cinnamon and a little floral quality. Lots of heat up front on this one! Oak, more cinnamon, and some hints of funky peanuts. A touch of water was really helpful here, and brought out a softer sweetness and caramel

Deep chocolate and cinnamon notes up front. Some toasted oak on the palate but not overwhelming. Smooth and short finish

Really won me over! Peanut brittle for days! Lots of heat but some great sweetness as well

Spicy and smooth. Some heat up front but quickly mellows into lasting finish. Green apple, bites of honey

Honey and caramel upfront, raisin and cherry opens up with nice toasty notes (accentuated by a drop of water)
