65. Allan's favorite whiskey.

68. A bit harsh and spicy. Had what I thought was this at Ami and Nancy's but this doesn't taste like what I remember. What they had was much smoother and sweeter. I wouldn't buy this for my cabinet (at least the Select Reserve).

70. Very peaty, much like Talisker. Better taste than Talisker, though. Need to compare side by side with Talisker to see which is better.

88. Very smooth!! One of my favorites!!

87. My original favorite...and generally reasonably priced.

94. Update 9/2014 - I'm 2/3 finishing my second bottle this year. Just had to let the community know this is one totally rockin' scotch. $90 isn't cheap...but considering what you get it's FAR less than other "premium" single malts. Question is...which Glenmorangie do I try next?? Original post - One seriously delicious scotch! Wonderful honey and sugar aroma. I could leave this swishing in my mouth for hours. ONLY drink this one straight. My favorite!!!

81 (increased from a 73). Used to think this was too peaty (and it is very!). My scotch buds have matured since that original review and I've come to appreciate this. If the majority of my collection were a filet mignon to me, this would be the 22 oz ribeye. Bold and packed with tons of flavors. 2017 San Francisco World Spirit Competition Award Winner
