    Caramel and cinnamon nose with a warm throat feel that invigorates the senses and feels right at home for the Holidays. Sweet and oaky taste followed by spices reminiscent of holiday cookies I can’t yet place.

    The pleasing aroma of oak welcomes you to something familiar but halfway through your swallow you enjoy the sweet taste of wine that finishes each gulp you can afford of this spirit, as it is expensive, but your mouth will tell you to keep buying more.

    The vanilla and oak that come through in this spirit are amazing and bring to mind a traditional bourbon, which I believe had to be the intention of the master distiller.

    My favorite Tequila Blanco (Plata), this tequila is smooth with a great finish that let's you know you had tequila without being gagging, I love that it isn't to hot or overly sweet, just a great Tequila standard, and by standard, think Russian Standard.

    Only idiots mix this tequila, I have a few fond memories of just drinking this one with friends around a fire. You have to breathe and enjoy this one or it will consume you, show it respect and appreciation and it will reward you with spices like clove and pepper while also giving flavors like butterscotch candy. This one is a personal favorite of mine, and I recommend everyone give it a try. I have a 1.75L bottle myself in safe keeping.
