The smoke is prominent on the nose and the lip but gives way to a rich peaty malty balance. I appreciate how smooth and refined it is. Deserves to be a staple on my shelf.

A 100% rye that stays true to form. Rich spice with a long pepper barrel finish. There is a deep sweetness that balances the palette but stays true to the rye. Love it.
