Nose - spice and rye up front, way more than you’d expect for a bourbon, with some caramel in the background Taste - spice and honey, the rye comes though strongly, some citrus and oak spice as well Finish - hot and lingering, the spice sits on your tongue for awhile

Nose - spice, vanilla and some nutty sweetness Taste - vanilla and spiced honey, toffee and a hint of pepper at the end Finish - silky and sweet, pleasant and oily, a bit of spice at the end

Nose - oaky spice at first which is strange for an Irish whisky, then some vanilla and honey comes through Taste - caramel and vanilla primarily, then the barrel spice takes over Finish - light oak spice, thin and fades rapidly leaving a mellow burn

Nose - apple sweetness and chocolate, with hints of coffee Taste - chocolate and spice, more apple at the end and a touch of hoppy dryness Finish - spice and hops first, then fades to a lingering sweetness

Nose - sweet fruits and some spice, maybe a touch of hops Taste - starts off with sweet fruit and then transitions into light spice and some dry hops Finish - Spicey and sweet, with a bit of heat going down, lingers pleasantly, with some hops dryness at the end

Not worth the money in my opinion, it all just tastes like heavy oak. Nose - an oak bomb in your face, with a bit of malty grain Taste - strong oak spice at the beginning, a bit of sweet notes in the background Finish - okay spice burns for a bit, and you get some more bitter notes at the end

Another interesting one, some classic dark sugar flavors but with some fruit on the backend. Nose - caramel, bright fruit and grain Taste - starts with light caramel and ends with an unexpected fruit note, like strawberries and flowers Finish - pleasant floral finish with no burn at all

Very interesting scotch, light and sweet, but more like a bourbon than a Speyside. Nose - honey, vanilla and caramel, with some musty notes that are typical in scotch Taste - light sweet honey, some dark fruit and a bit of orange zest Finish - silky and sweet, fades fairly quickly

Nose - surprising sweet smelling like honey suckle at first and then a slightly astringent pumpernickel spice comes forward Taste - the rye spice has a not unpleasant metallic sheen to it with some mild honey sweetness on the sides of your tongue Finish - lingering and hot, with some traditional rye spice showing up at the end

Nose - butter and honey, with some citrus and floral notes Taste - honey and flowers, with a bit of spice and a tiny bit of chocolate and almonds Finish - soft honey and almonds but it’s thin and fades quickly
