I really enjoyed this, nice punch of spice with some pleasant grass and honey throughout. Nose - herbal spice and oak spice with some honey and grassy notes underneath Palate - starts with some citrusy honey and then immediately transitions to full rye spice Finish - grassy notes and spice lingers for a bit and then fades back to herbal sweetness with a comfortable lingering burn

Nose - fresh and sharp, vanilla, green apple, with some spice and a bit of pine sap Taste - crisp, light sweetness and vanilla, some spice near the end, some tang from the tannins Finish - more spice and some dryness, some warmth at the end

Nose - Spice forward with some cherry and caramalized sugar Taste - First thing you notice is the spice, then vanilla, cherry, and caramel come through Finish - lingering oak spice, and light sweetness

Nose - oak spice, vanilla, and some juniper notes Taste - vanilla, caramel, oak and some acid tang Finish - spicy and lingering, slightly hot

Nose - sweet with some spice, floral, honey and baked apple Taste - buttery with light citrus and baking spice Finish - sharp, metallic, and a bit hot, lingers pleasantly

Nose - smoked salt with a bit of iodine and dried fruit Taste - oily and rich, plums, dry ashy smoke and a tangy saltiness at the edge of your tongue Finish - dry and lingering, a bit of tang at the end

Nose - smoke and iodine, maybe a hint of chili pepper Taste - sweet and fruity for the most part, a bit of smokey ash and sea water Finish - dry and spicy at first, fades into mild salty sweet notes, the iodine comes back at the end

Nose - has a very unique smell, almost like a slightly sour and spiced fruit cake Taste - dried fruit and spice, with some oak on the back of the tongue Finish - tangy and spicy but fades away fairly quickly

Nose - sweet and light, vanilla and caramel Taste - bright with more vanilla and a hint of rum dryness comes though Finish - light and thin but refreshing

The bottle I had was a barrel select at a local bar. Nose - spicy and sweet, like honey juniper berries Taste - spice forward with a bit of citrus and caramel Finish - lingering and hot, spice stays with you for awhile
