Green apples throughout. Revisiting with a bourbon club. Impressive for a young 80 proof bourbon. Would buy another bottle quickly

Really enjoyable and easy drinking for 18. Smells like typical phenomenal bourbon, sweet, caramel. The finish last and hugs the right place. Wish it wasn’t 100 proof and hoping a new barrel strength release. Woody, vanilla, all the good tastes. Not disappointed by any means, but maybe missing that extra something..happy to pay for this for the distillery price and would buy it again.

Neat pour. Very sweet nose. Fruity and vanilla. Almost like the pit of the fruit rather than sweetness of fruit. Longer finish and the spice comes out. Great pour

First time trying, might be a little hasty. Caramel everywhere. Nose, taste, and lingers caramel. Missing that bourbon hug that is typical. Maybe some cinnamon sugar cereal if I’m really stretching it. One dimensional, but not bad, just surprised it doesn’t have a little more heat.

She’s a beautiful 114.44 proof, is fruity, spicy, and different. Notes of red fruit throughout the nose and taste. Then spice hits and lingers. Followed by the Japanese wood, albeit subtle but noticeable-in a good way. Cask strength is not overwhelming, nor does it get lost with the different finishes. It’s rare when a bourbon lives up to anticipation, let alone maybe surpasses expectations. I want to like this a lot, and I think I like it enough. It does what it’s supposed to do and tastes like what it is for what it is.. Maple and grains. Very one dimensional, not in a bad way but not in a great way either. Ice helped it along but then ran away with any flavor. Miss the 6 year age statement

Cherry throughout on the nose and taste. Some teddy grams or honey. Vanilla. Medium pleasant finish and another good old forester single barrel

Lots of vanilla and cherry on the nose. Very mellow and smooth. Plenty of vanilla throughout. Medium finish. Very easy sipper with flavor

Ginger bread, clean and pleasant nose. Dark fruit, plenty of baking spices. Longer lingering finish.

Smells and tastes young. Getting past that there is grain and fruit. Very soft early but lingers late. Not a wonderful after taste. Tastes like earth day
