Smooth for the proof and not too in your face. Nose: Buttery Baked goods. Lemon meringue pie. Dark chocolate. Not much ethanol or smoke at all for me. Taste: spices and baked goods. Hint of smoked meats. Breakfast sausage. Rhubarb pie. Smooth. Finish: short and sweet. Weakest point of the experience. Expecting more tannins and oils based on others HP drams. 4.25/5
