Angel's Envy Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks
Rye — USAReviewed January 26, 2018 (edited February 15, 2018)The nose of this should be a candle. It is warm vanilla, caramel, and has just a hint of spice. The aging in a rum barrel is stunning!
Knob Creek Small Batch Bourbon (NAS)
Bourbon — Kentucky, USAReviewed January 25, 2018 (edited March 10, 2018)My go to bourbon!
Dry Fly Washington Dry Gin
Modern Gin — Washington, USAReviewed January 25, 2018 (edited February 15, 2018)A great smooth modern Gin. I believe Juniper is the smallest botanical they add by volume in their Gin. This might as be juice. So smooth and great with ice.
Dry Fly Barrel Aged Gin
Barrel-Aged Gin — Washington, USAReviewed January 25, 2018Dry Fky already makes a very unique Gin, and when you age this with the whiskey barrels it screams amazing! Grab a bottle if you can find one.
Dry Fly Straight Washington Bourbon 101 4 Year
Bourbon — Washington, USAReviewed January 25, 2018 (edited February 15, 2018)I stood in line to get one of the first bottles they ever released and opened it when I found out my wife was pregnant with our first son! What a glorious bottle of bourbon. Has the same wheat characteristics of their whiskey but very smooth and full flavored. Absolutely recommend!
Dry Fly Straight Washington Wheat Whiskey
Wheat Whiskey — Washington , USAReviewed January 25, 2018 (edited April 24, 2018)This whiskey is VERY grain forward and screams wheat but it is sooo good! Although as a local I’m a bit bias!
Jack Daniel's Tennessee Straight Rye
Rye — Tennessee, USAReviewed January 25, 2018 (edited December 26, 2019)This is actually a wonderful cheap rye that makes a good manhattan and old fashioned! Also good with some ice!
Other Whiskey — Oregon, USAReviewed January 25, 2018 (edited February 17, 2018)Honestly this has been on my shelf for a good 3 years and it’s because I can’t get myself to drink it. Just an odd flavor almost like it’s still just ground up grains that never got a chance to mash and mellow into the good flavors whiskey has. Just not for me to drink by itself. Might make a good cocktail.
