Love this. Pepper on the nose. Palate is super dry and light with a hint of mint/rye spice. Drinkable and approachable

First pour. Very simple bourbon. Not much if anything on the nose. Palate is extremely well balance, no flavors pop out excessively but you got a little bit of vanilla, chocolate, oak and corn sweetness. Finish is short with a slight hint of spice and leather dryness. Great drink no think bourbon. Very simple

Nose: caramel, vanilla, slight hint of oak Palate: caramel apples, toffee, butterscotch. All mild in strength Finish: medium and dry. Oak comes forward

Nose: butterscotch, toffee, vanilla. Taste: burnt sugar, oak, corn, slight caramel. Not getting any orange/cherry notes like I do a lot of bourbons, especially BT. Liking this, pretty distinct. Not getting any Jim Beam peanut either

Nose: toasted grain, very feint citrus. Palate is slight peat smoke, tons of citrus, slight vanilla cream

Tons of spiciness up front. Medium to long finish with a hint of vanilla and toffee. Adding a drop of water reduces the spice and reveals brown sugar, chocolate and slight dark fruit.

Mellow and sweet, some peat. Feint notes of cucumber, apple, honey, and vanilla

Nothing special. Mellow corn notes, slight fruitiness. Flavor profile is too mild

Beautiful. Tons of spiciness up front (baking spice, cinnamon). Finishes with dried fruit. Desert in a glass

Delicious for the price. Tons of caramel and vanilla from the oak but without the dryness
