Nose: oak and vanilla with a hint of ethanol Palate: oak, leather, vanilla, suprisingly marshmallow. Jim beam peanut works well with the oak. Present but not mouth drying Finish: short to medium, seems short for the proof. More peanuts

Nose: full of ethanol but past that there is dark chocolate, vanilla and a definite oak presence Palate: Acidity and tart but in a good way. Small sip: Lemon up front, then reveals dark chocolate and a touch of oak like a hot toddy. Full sip reveals all the rich, chocolate flavors. Spice rounds it out to be a tiramisu Finish: medium to long with tannins from the oak. Oak is there but not overdone. Pretty balanced

Nose: Apple with a touch of wood Palate: breast, light, dry finish. Touch of vanilla and apple fruit

Nose: mainly vanilla, touch of caramel and the slightest hint of spice. Palate: soft and creamy. Chocolate orange (almost a rich acidity), touch of oak, touch of rye spice at the end. Finish: medium to long but not intense. Rye spice lingers. Pleasant but not overpowering Overall, one of the more balanced bourbons I’ve had. Hits all major flavor profiles without one sticking out. Biggest takeaway is the soft mouthfeel.

Nose: brown sugar, apples Palate: cinnamon spice, bright acidity, touch of vanilla, raisins for sure Finish: short to medium, def oak character Would buy/drink again. Might not go out of my way to get. Better double oak options out there

Nose: ethanol, pear, apple Palate: white wine, citrus, fruit, touch of peat and shortbread. Slightly dry and hay like. Good bit of vanilla Finish: short and slightly sharp. Touch of spice

Feint caramel and vanilla on the nose. The palate is obviously dry but in a nice way. First sip, pure peanut butter. After that, vanilla and oak with a spicy finish. Very nice. Would buy again but not my favorite at the $50 price point

Spicy near mintiness. MWND barrel adds a layer of fruitiness and brightness. Compliments each other so well

One drop of water, rested for 15 min. Halfway through the bottle. The dryness and chocolate from the neck pour is subdued. Now this is a vanilla bomb with a touch of toffee. Wonderful

Nose: light with vanilla, touch of floral spice. Caramel Palate: hot but in a good way. Caramel and corn sweetness. Slightly spicy, long finish. Nice body
