Nose:Orange, caramel, biscuit/breadlines Palate: orange, chocolate and leather. Decent amount of oak and dryness at the end Finish: leather and nuttiness with chocolate. Finding more and more that Heaven hill BP stuff has a ton of dryness and oak. Still deciding if I like that or not

Batch 23 Nose: caramel, orange, spice Palate: high proof works beautiful. Caramel, brown sugar but a nice fruity acidity. Orange, raspberry, chocolate Finish: medium, nice and long

Holy crap this is awesome. Nose: vanilla, caramel, maple, brown sugar Palate: bananas, chocolate, caramel, with some smokiness Finish: medium to long finish. Very strong and enjoyable, wow

Enjoying this. Right now I’m getting nuttiness and oak and the finish is all port. Subtle but the flavor is definitely there. Bright acidity

Palate is off tonight. But I’m getting dark fruit and chocolate with a bit of acidity from the proof. I need to revisit

Pure caramel apple. Super smooth with a nice mouthfeel. Love this

Nose: straight apple with a layer of cinnamon and caramel. Palate: caramel, vanilla, apple. Cinnamon on the back end Finish: oak and leather. Decently long finish

Nose: oak and citrus with a touch of ethanol Palate: creamy and oily mouthfeel. Bright acidity from the fruit flavors. Decent amount of oak with a touch of rye spice at the end Finish: long finish for the proof. Caramel and rye spice The mouthfeel is certainly the star of the show here. Pretty crazy for a 90 proof bourbon

Nose: mild herbal. Touch of ethanol and almost a synthetic berry note. Palate: strong herbal notes that I get from most rye outside of willet. Willet has more spice to me. After the tongue is coated, the red fruit notes really shine. Finish: oak and leather with additional fruit.

Nose: biscuits and peanuts. Touch of caramel and ethanol Palate: thick mouthfeels almost oily. Caramel and vanilla. Oak and leather. Definite notes of lemon on the backend Well worth the hype and extremely well done
