Tastes

Some nice flavors of oak, molassas, vanilla, and fruit, and all very balanced and mellow. However, it's not got the depth that I'd like and feels thin at times. Of course, not a huge fan of it's chill-filtration.

The nose has beautiful vanilla, pecan, and floral notes. There's also a scent of a light graham cracker and hints of fruit. On the palate, there's much more of the graham cracker and vanilla, as well as maintaining the floral and fruit notes. There are some oak notes as well. All these flavors mingle with a delicate, sweet backdrop that only compliments the other elements. There's a nice finish on it as well.

Vanilla, oak, and floral notes with a hint of spice on the nose. The palate consists of vanilla, leather, oak, and pepper. Medium finish. Overall, it's solid. Non-chill filtered, good abv at roughly 61%. Solid product. Would recommend.
